It's a bit out of the way from JB. My stay today was disappointing: no hot water, no tissue, and no Wi-Fi even though it showed as connected. The TV wouldn't turn on, and the shampoo and bath wash were the same thing in the wall unit. The air-conditioning was okay, and booking online was cheap. Maybe it was just my room that had these problems.

I booked through Agoda for my trip, but it was hard to get in touch with them because there were no contact details. Parking was difficult, and the receptionist was a foreigner who wasn't very friendly. The room was very basic. The toilet didn't seem properly cleaned, the water pressure was too low, the bidet leaked so I couldn't wash properly, and there were no towels. I know it's a budget hotel, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I booked through OYO and had to pay an extra RM20 when I arrived. I didn't mind, since it was still cheaper than most places, and they had contacted me on WhatsApp about the additional payment. The room was great and clean, and the water heater worked fine.

Parking was no problem, and all the shops were within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and renovated, and even for a budget hotel, the facilities were great. A note for management: please send your Bangladesh receptionist to a hospitality course. He doesn't know how to talk to guests.

The room was dirty and smelled bad, and the shower water looked like blocked urine. It wasn't worth what I paid.
