The staff were friendly and helpful, and the stay was acceptable overall. Still, there were several problems: the TV only had one channel, and the air conditioning seemed poorly maintained. Water dripped from it onto the pillow, then a few hours later a cockroach fell down. The sheet and comforter also looked a bit dirty and stained. I hope management takes action to keep the place in good shape.

The air conditioner was broken, and after I arrived they charged me an extra RM30 per day, RM60 for the two days, even though I had already paid through their app. They take advantage of people who are desperate.

The price is fairly cheap, and the receptionist was friendly, but I wouldn’t pay for the Super Deluxe room again. Our door lock was broken, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, Wi-Fi was poor, and the towel and mattress were dirty. We also couldn’t use the iron because a customer had apparently stolen it recently. For a two-star hotel at a reasonable price, keep your expectations in check.

At checkout I went to the counter for my deposit, but the staff member said he had no cash. He asked me to go back and wait for the manager to transfer it in 30 minutes. I said I needed cash, so he called her on speaker. She spoke to me very rudely, saying, “NOW I'M COOKING SO DONT DISTURB ME!! NO RUSHING U GO BACK AND WAIT 30MINUTE FULLSTOP !!!” She raised her voice and hung up straight away. I’ve never had an experience like this. Was I really supposed to wait for the manager to finish cooking just to get my deposit back?
