The photos can give the wrong impression. My room had either a cigarette smell or a foul odor, and there were bugs too. The highway noise came right through the poor sound insulation and kept me up. Maintenance was poor, and I found the ratings on hotel booking platforms misleading.

Everything else was decent, but one staff member gave me bad advice about parking. I’m obviously not from Klang, so I asked if I needed to pay for parking online, and was told I didn’t. I ended up getting a summon because of that. If you don’t know, please don’t give a random answer.

I appreciated the reserved parking for guests, but the room was filthy, with ants and cockroaches everywhere. The sheets and floor mat had stains, and the room was smaller than it appeared in the photos. Check-in took a long time, the lobby aircon wasn’t on, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. They used Selangkah for check-in instead of MySejahtera, and I wonder why they haven’t registered for MySejahtera.
