The receptionist and owner provided terrible service. They didn’t smile, and I felt intimidated because I’m from Indonesia. It felt racist because I’m not Malaysian. I checked in on 09-10 Sep after paying through an online travel agent app. I understood that I had to pay RM 10 as a tourist tax. But ten minutes after check-in, the receptionist came to collect RM 200. The OTA cost was only RM 17 all in, plus the RM 10 cash charge. I refused to pay anything more, and they insisted on the RM 200, so I left the terrible hotel. They refunded only my RM 10 tourist tax and not the room cost. Terrible service in every way. Don’t ever stay there!

The room was okay, with a Qiblat direction, and the customer service was good. She greeted us warmly even though we checked in a little late, around midnight. There were a few issues: the sink was a bit clogged, the shower leaked, the room lighting was dim, and the TV had no channels because someone had stolen the adapter, oh please God. Still, it’s a nice place to stay around Klang.

For under 85 ringgit, you can get better service at another hotel. The room cleanliness here sounds like a serious problem. Have you raised it with the staff? They may be able to sort it out.

The room was really dusty, and the mattress seemed almost worn out. Noise from outside came through all the time because the windows and doors weren't good. In the north part of Port Klang, there aren't many choices, and it feels like they don't care.
