Breakfast was a real highlight, with lots to choose from, fresh juices and live cooking stations. Our room was small but lovely, and it was kept very clean. The hotel is in a great spot, and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. Highly recommended! ⭐️

The location worked really well for me, close to the city centre, Hin Bus Depot and Komtar. I had a comfortable room at the end of the corridor, with a bit more space, a plush bed and crisp, clean linen. There are two gyms, plus a rooftop pool. It's not especially big, but its length makes it decent for laps. The front desk team were warm and courteous. Since I'd finished the pre-check-in steps beforehand, getting checked in was very quick.

The room was quite dark, and having just one mirror was my only real gripe. Other than that, we had a great stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room stayed nice and dark and quiet. We liked the pool area, though it's small and has only two loungers, so a sunbathing spot isn't guaranteed. The location is great, we walked to most places, and the staff were friendly. The coffee machine and help-yourself snacks in reception were a really nice touch.

For the price, it's great, with nothing much to complain about. Think Marriott or Hilton quality, but in a smaller room. The rooms aren't huge, fine for one person and decent for two, though a longer stay might feel cramped. It's a brand-new hotel in a fantastic location, with great staff. You can walk to nearby food spots, rent bikes, and cool off in the pool.
