We had to switch rooms three times because of air conditioner trouble and a leak caused by the rain. Also, why was I charged a tax fee when I’d already paid the full amount online in advance?

Stay here at your own risk. We had a booking, but when we arrived they said there was no room. They didn’t respond when we asked for a refund. I’m done with all OYO hotels!

The price was reasonable, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good, close to some nice cafes and the Store, and the room was decent. But the shower pressure was weak. We also didn’t get clean towels at check-in. By evening, after we asked for them, they gave us disposable ones.

Please replace the worn-out air conditioner in room 103 instead of repairing it again. Worst experience ever.

The room was very big, but be careful if yours is near reception. The night shift receptionists were so noisy, talking loudly and playing videos at full volume until 2am. They seemed to forget the rooms and nearby areas aren’t soundproof.
