I’ve stayed here twice and would happily come back. The three-bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and tidy, with plenty of parking and a playground for kids. There’s also a large pool, a basic gym, a café, Eco Mart, and a laundry place.

Everything felt dirty and overpriced, and security was no help when food deliveries were stolen. As a student, I’d save the money and stay somewhere else.

The place is full of pests, including cockroaches, worms, and ants, and the cleaners don’t really clean. I was also left dealing with black mold in the living room, mold around the sink where silicone should have been, and a broken faucet. There’s no cookware or other basics, so you have to buy everything yourself. The mattress was about 20 years old and rock hard, so I had to buy a replacement. People throw junk off their balconies, and security won’t let deliveries in. Getting anything fixed was a long, exhausting argument with Livein. They seemed more interested in making money than helping, and after a lot of disputes, the only fix offered was cheap. The washing machine had screws on the drum that ruined my clothes, and it took two months of arguing to get it replaced. Electricity and water bills are very expensive too. I’d look for somewhere else. Even Artisan eco hotel is cheaper per month once you count the electricity bills. Sunway GeoLake or sunway Geo are the best places for taylors students. Anywhere would be better than this.

I wouldn’t recommend renting here. The rooms and lifts are dirty, the lifts are slow, and people smoking weed around the area makes it feel unsafe. Food deliveries get stolen, there doesn’t seem to be proper CCTV, and management doesn’t appear to care.
