Garden Apartment at Zenith

Zenith has grown into a busy little town center, with restaurants including Teddy Cafe, the Huskies dog-play center, shops such as 99 Speedmart and a fresh seafood shop, plus five educational centers that stay busy through the week. When we first moved here nine years ago, this part of the shop-office block was quiet. My family and I have seen the place improve since management passed from the developer to the JMB. Paradigm Mall is about a five-minute drive or a ten-minute walk away. The SS7 stop for the upcoming LRT3 is right behind the condo, and Zenith is the only condo with direct access. Sterling, Kelana Puteri, and Kelana Putra are gated, so getting to the station means a longer walk from their main entrances. The JMB took over around six or seven years ago and has made a number of changes: a greener pool on Level 6, brighter lift lighting, new gym equipment, a more advanced access card system, modern car park boom gates, and a smarter drop-off and lobby area. Google Maps ratings for Zenith have improved over time too, though there are still a few issues behind my 4/5 rating. Zenith Corporate Park has brought more traffic, and these days it's harder for those of us renting parking spaces to find a spot. Residents have dedicated parking below Towers A and B, but there is still no word on when it will open, so it feels like it's always a work in progress. There are also several abandoned cars left to rust here. A few have been towed recently, but the problem remains.

There's plenty within walking distance, including shops and offices that could be good for rentals, and Paradigm Shopping Mall is a short stroll away. Restaurants and grocery stores right downstairs make errands simple. The new LRT/MRT 3 station is only a few steps away, though I can't remember which line it is. The apartments get lots of natural light, have generous space and elegant design, and come with stunning views. Shared facilities are in good shape, with a modern gym, a clean pool, and well-kept common areas. Staff are professional and helpful, and management stays on top of keeping things current. Security includes 24/7 surveillance and controlled entry. It's a friendly, respectful, lively community, and management's social events help people feel connected. I've had a great time living here. For a luxurious, convenient place to live, I'd recommend it.

I stayed here for work, and the lift situation in the morning was terrible. The cleaning crew take all the lifts during the busy commute hour, so residents can't use them. I'm pretty sure management came up with this bright idea, since residents keep complaining and the crew apparently still do the job this way. The lifts also stink every morning, and the smell stays on your clothes. Fix the cleaning schedule!

The place is clean and well maintained, and it's a low-density condo with just two blocks. They've recently upgraded the gym, and it looks awesome. The LRT station is literally next door, just a few minutes' walk away. Zenith Residences sits in the heart of PJ among plenty of amenities. It's right by the busy LDP and easy to reach from NKVE. There are several shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, which makes the apartment convenient and valuable for residents. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the PJ area.
