The room was huge and very comfortable, and the place was spotless. Check-in went smoothly thanks to the front desk team, who gave top-notch service. I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend it.

Mr. Shan at reception helped me a lot with the room and booking, five stars for him. The room was okay for its standard, though the wooden furniture smelled a little. The toilet and bed were good, and my Deluxe room was quiet enough for a good night's sleep.

There's plenty of delicious food around, and the rooms are spacious and surprisingly clean. Mr Shan at reception was friendly and helpful, and the team did their best to accommodate us and give good service. We were lucky to find a hotel with such warm hospitality and spotless hygiene. It's walkable to Jinjang LRT, and you can take the train to Conlay station in KLCC. Thanks, we'll be back soon. Team from JOVY uniforms.

The staff were nice, but I couldn't sleep during the day because of noise from outside. My car also got scratched while parked there, so it didn't feel like a safe place.

I've stayed in all kinds of hotels, from one to five stars, and this is the first time the front desk has made me this angry. They charged an unreasonable amount to clean makeup powder that fell on the pillow. Would it have been so hard to wash off? If it had been a stubborn stain, I'd have been willing to pay. Other travellers, bring your own sheet to sleep on.
