M World Hotel

Once we arrived, they generously upgraded us to a suite, and my expectations were set ablaze. It was wonderful, with only a few minor details that could have been handled better. My companion and I really enjoyed ourselves for two days. The booking process had several hiccups, and both Trip.com and the hotel reservation department made an already frustrating experience harder than it needed to be. Duty Manager Ms. Diana was what truly elevated the stay. She was gracious, attentive and genuinely helpful when I raised areas for improvement. She took each concern seriously, made sure my expectations were met and went above and beyond to give us an excellent stay. The hotel should be proud to have such a dedicated hospitality professional on its team.

I came from India and prefer strictly vegetarian food, so I especially appreciated the chef customizing meals for me on several occasions. Every dish was delicious and made me feel right at home. The kitchen staff went above and beyond, and the whole team gave outstanding service during my stay in one of the studio suites. I’m grateful for the genuine care and attention to detail that made the visit comfortable and memorable, and that truly set M world apart. Special thanks to Mrs Lusi and her Team. I look forward to coming back and would happily recommend the property to friends and family.

The location was very convenient, with easy access to shopping and local attractions, especially as the hotel is connected to One Utama Mall. The infinity pool was stunning, and the gym was well equipped and perfectly maintained. Dining was another highlight, with delicious food and great variety. My room was modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable, with housekeeping and maintenance attention to detail evident. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were warm, professional and genuinely helpful with requests throughout my stay. Their service made me feel welcome and valued. M World Hotel exceeded my expectations, and the whole team deserves praise. Thank you for the perfect stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Petaling Jaya!

The ballroom was spacious and lovely, and I really liked the atmosphere at the company dinner on 23rd Jan 2026. We also booked a room, which was very nice, with complete amenities, an impressive minibar and a beautiful view. Service was good, and parking was excellent, with an easy route from the parking area to the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay for me. Thanks to all the staff at M World Hotel for the warm welcome.
