A nice homestay, with a good size for 4-6 people. When you arrive, follow the Empire Mall signs until you spot moszas hotel, then keep following the moszas signs toward the lift area. Be sure to use the moszas loft lift. Parking was RM6 per day for 24 hours. I’m not sure about the hourly rate. Most of the units are Airbnbs.

I picked this place because it was affordable and near tu 3 damansara for a concert. The room let us down: some switches didn't work, including the water heater and a light, and it seemed like nobody had checked or maintained things before the next guest arrived. The lift was awful too. It could go all the way up to floor 39 before coming back down to G, and there was no air conditioning in it. The counter staff weren't very welcoming either. Sorry, but this was my first and last stay here, and I have to give it a bad rating.

I spent three weeks here and tried rooms from several different owners. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the lobby smelled good. There's also a small convenience store downstairs. The location isn't great, since Grab can take a long time to arrive, and the elevator was always busy when I stayed in June-July. I don't know if that's still an issue now. Still, for the price, I found it very acceptable. It's the best budget-friendly option for the things I wanted. Thank you.

The place felt cozy and homey, not fancy, just right. I really enjoyed my stay. After being out all day, relaxing by the pool was a lifesaver, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Honestly, it was awesome.
