The rooms looked nice and were comfortable, and the toilet was very spacious. It was clean, but I’m fussy about areas that are usually out of sight, and that put me off returning. For the price we paid it was fair, though I’d have spent a bit more for a better toilet. The host responded professionally, apologized, and promised to do better next time. I’ll consider giving it another try when I’m back in the area.

I came back after leaving my wife and newborn there for only a few hours and found both in really poor health. There was a powerful smell from the freshly painted walls and word Rob. The owner didn’t seem concerned and only told me to make a complaint, without asking about my family or offering help. If you care about your health and your family, don’t stay here.

I was alone in the shower when someone tried to enter my room with a master key, saying they wanted to check that I was safe. Thankfully, the door was latched. Even after I yelled for them to stop and said to look for my husband the next morning, since he was out, they kept trying to force their way in. It was shocking and traumatic, and a serious violation of privacy. My husband was late with a payment, but that doesn’t make this acceptable. I wouldn’t stay here if you value privacy and safety.

I booked three days, but the studio I got was dirty. The guards weren’t helpful, and I doubt anyone had cleaned the toilet the way we clean ours at home. I asked to change rooms, then decided to walk to another hotel instead. I don’t mind that refunds aren’t available, but please don’t use clean room photos to attract customers next time.
