The front desk was quick and friendly, the deposit was only RM50 and came back immediately at checkout, and parking was free. The location is alright if you drive or use Grab, though public transport could be inconvenient. If you just need a bed and parking, you could try this place. The room looked very worn. The bed and floor seemed clean, but the shower head wasn’t very clean, the toilet seat had dirt and cigarette ash stains, and the toilet smelled like someone had smoked in it. I also found a half-used body wash left on the tray by housekeeping.

I’ve stayed at a lot of budget-friendly hotels in the Damansara area, and this is one of the best. There’s convenient parking inside, and the room has enough space to open a luggage bag. The shower worked fine and had hot water. A great option for either a work trip or a personal stay.

The photos on Agoda looked gorgeous, but the room itself was old. If all you need is a bed and free parking, it may be good enough. For a cleaner, healthier environment, I’d consider somewhere else. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to keep the air conditioning in good shape. The shared fridge, water filter and basin all looked dirty.

One handy thing is the indoor car park, which guests can use overnight for free after validating the ticket (TnG) at reception. Check-in and checkout are through a kiosk, and you need to prepare an RM50 deposit. The room was clean and fine for two people, so it works for a quick nap or short stay around this part of PJ. It’s close to a lot of malls in the area, including One Utama, Curve, IKEA, Ikano and Starling. The downside is the noise: the walls are thin, and you hear people coming and going and slamming doors. For the price, it’s about what you’d expect. Overall, okay.

There’s a cafe in the building, and although shops are quite far away, you can still use Grab. The room was okay, and parking felt easy and safe.
