Parking is very limited, in an open lot, and cost a lot per night. Housekeeping never came, even though I left the key with reception, and I ended up in a dusty, dirty room. The night receptionist was so rude. I really don't recommend it.
4/10
The hotel is in a convenient spot, with a 99 speedmart, a mamak restaurant and sunway pyramid nearby. But the receptionist's attitude and hospitality were awful, and the whole hotel environment was lousy. The air-con made a noisy sound that kept me uncomfortable while trying to sleep, and the shower water pressure was too weak.
2/10
I've stayed at other branches of this hotel, and this one was by far the worst. It's a high-rise property, which caused lots of problems with the front desk, housekeeping and room management. After checking in, I found the air conditioner leaking water. The TV had only poor-quality local channels and no internet connection.
4/10
The room is in a separate building from the others, and the lobby workers have a bit of an attitude. The price is good, but the payment method and process are bad.
2/10
It's very close to Sunway Pyramid, just a walk away, but I regretted booking as soon as I entered. I arrived to check in at 6.30pm and got no friendly greeting. Instead, I was told, “Can u wait? I am doing closing. We want to change shift”. What on earth? The service is horrible.
