There’s room for three, and each floor has a Coway water filter. The bathroom floor had a bit of dirt, though, and the fridge wasn’t working. Parking was almost impossible to find. I didn’t drive, but I’d suggest parking somewhere safe and taking a Bolt here since it’s cheaper. They let me check in as late as 2:30 am. Late checkout after 1 pm costs RM 10 for every extra hour.

I had a confirmed booking, but nobody contacted me to say there’d be no staff for a 3 am check-in. My meeting had ended very late, so I called and emailed both Agoda and the hotel, but got no reply from either. I still haven’t heard anything. Really bad service.

There are lots of places to eat nearby, from restaurants and food stalls to convenience shops, and an LRT station is close by too. For drivers, parking is on the roadside in city council spaces, with few options at peak times and plenty more after the rush. On my June 2024 visit, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly at both check-in and checkout. The Coway dispenser was handy, although there was no bottled water. The internet was slow, and sometimes didn’t work at all. When I came back in August, the stay was still good, but the soundproofing wasn’t great. An alarm from next door woke me, and there was more noise from about 5:30 am. I think more guests were checking out that morning. My third stay in December 2024 was good too. Slow internet is still the one drawback. If they improve it, this place would be perfect.

I was here overnight for work and slept really well. The self check-in after 7 pm was easy, and the staff were polite and helpful. For the price, the bedroom was super clean and smelled nice, and even the towels were high quality. I’d recommend it.
