The game machines and equipment downstairs looked neglected, as if they hadn’t been used or cared for in years. The sofa in that area was stained too, which made it feel really uncomfortable and unhygienic. I paid over RM100 for a room that didn’t look like the photos or meet expectations. Both the room and elevator had a musty, moldy smell, so the room felt unhygienic as well. A total disappointment.

The staff were friendly and ready to help, and we appreciated the 24-hour coffee machine and games room. But the room was uncomfortable for a five-night stay. It was very small and low, with hardly any room to set up or store equipment for three people. The bathroom combined shower and toilet, leaving the floor constantly wet, and its door wasn’t fully opaque, so you could see someone showering. The TV channels were awful, with no movies or decent choices, and we had nothing to watch the whole time. Good service couldn’t make up for the room, lack of privacy and poor amenities. I wouldn’t choose this place again; it needs serious improvement before I could recommend it.

The staff were friendly and helped us with everything we needed, and the place felt like home. Our room was comfortable, with beds, a bathroom and a TV. We could relax, eat and sleep there. 😃😀😄

The location is handy, with dining and laundry options easy to find nearby. It’s a self-service hotel, but the people managing it were friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. The lobby has a coffee machine, a billiards table and a PS5 for kids to play.
