The place was too busy, with so many cars, and parking was difficult. The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures, and the cleanliness was poor. The curtain was really dirty. I wouldn't recommend it for a family with a baby or toddler. Please improve the cleanliness, especially.

At 180RM a night, it didn't feel worth the price. The shower hose was leaking, and they didn't fix it after I complained. I also saw small insects, and the towels were too old.

The staff were friendly, and the location was very good. There's an MRT station very close by, food stalls all around, and Sunway Giza mall is within walking distance. I had a pleasant stay while bringing my father to kuala lumpur for medical reasons, and the place was wheelchair friendly.

The second night was much better after the staff listened to our concerns and moved us to a Deluxe Queen room with windows. It was cleaner, had a brand new air conditioner, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The room felt modern and seemed better cared for, or perhaps it had been refurbished. That change made the rest of our two-night stay far more enjoyable, and the staff deserve credit for helping us. Still, the difference between rooms was striking, and management should make sure they all meet the same standard for comfort and cleanliness. Our first room was old and poorly maintained, with an uncomfortable bed and flat pillows. At RM 130.00 per night before taxes, it fell short of expectations. The air conditioner smelled foul when switched on, as if it hadn't been serviced, and our first night was very unpleasant. I wouldn't have recommended this hotel based on that initial experience, especially since I hadn't read the reviews before checking in.
