A comfortable, pleasant place to stay, and it doesn't cost too much. There's a playground as well as a gym, which costs RM25 for six months. Security is very strict, though. If you're visiting and aren't a tenant, remember to bring your passport.
6/10
The room is small but kept in good condition, and the location works well for commuting to Bandar Sunway. The tap water is yellow, so I had to install several layers of filters. There’s a gas stove.
10/10
There are plenty of nearby shoplots and places to eat, and SMC and Geo Avenue are only minutes away. The location is convenient. The management staff are always helpful, and the security guards are nice.
2/10
The lift has been out of service for a month. When will it be fixed? People are suffering, and the waits are far too long, especially during peak hours.
2/10
The way security is handled here feels like harassment and psychological pressure, not protection. This is supposed to be people's home, and they shouldn't be treated this way. The management needs to change this ridiculous approach. It's making the place unlivable, so I strongly advise against taking a room or apartment here.
