The houses shown in the pictures were totally different from what we found. A guy who seemed untrustworthy kept giving us wrong information. We hadn't booked any Heza bungalows, which belong to other individuals. Heza was marketing them and probably getting a cut. If you want to book, go and check in person. This is the information sent to us, translated from Malay: - Heza Villa & Twin: 10 rooms, adult and children's pools, karaoke set, home theater, fully air-conditioned, a large field for parking and activities, RM1800 per night. - Heza M & Heza N: next to each other, 12 rooms total, fully air-conditioned including the hall, a 12x6x3.5ft children's pool, limited parking with cars parked along the road, 120m to Telok Kemang beach, RM1850 per night. - Heza Purple & Heza Green: 10 rooms, 9 air conditioners, adult and children's pools, walking distance to poli beach, medium-sized parking and activity area, RM2400 per night. But Heza M and S were actually in a housing estate. Heza M was Muhibah Homestay in a housing estate and only had a portable pool. The information we'd been given was inaccurate, and we couldn't locate the second location, Hezza Villa.

There's plenty of room for family groups, with six bedrooms and decent facilities, though some repairs are needed. Towels, soap, a TV, and air conditioning were provided. The owner was nice, but the access road needs to be fixed.

The house has six rooms and a huge parking area. It also comes with a BBQ set and comforters. No need to bring your own pillow or towel.

The photos online didn't match the place, and it's so far away. I feel cheated by the experience and won't recommend it to anyone. A big letdown.

The owner is flexible about how many people can check in, so it's a good place to stay when you're coming in a big group. You can bring the whole extended family, from grandparents, parents, kids and little ones to relatives, cousins, and even the neighbors. And the swimming pool is amazing!
