The room wasn't ready when I finally got in. Towels were on the bed, and the sheets and pillows were in a mess, as if the previous guests had only just left. I'd arrived late with a small child and expected to rest, but instead we waited about 30 minutes while staff dealt with it. I wouldn't recommend this place. I checked in at 10:40 PM, then had to wait because staff were changing shifts. After that, they said the system was down, and the delay dragged on past 11 PM. Guests shouldn't have to be affected by internal problems. That kind of service felt careless and unacceptable for a hotel.

They moved us to another room after we found that the damaged door to Room 1115 wouldn't lock. The service was good, and the room we got was spacious. We paid RM130 for a 3 bedded room through Agoda, which was a good price for the holiday season. The hotel could improve guest comfort by giving the rooms a deeper clean.

Check-in was smooth, the WiFi worked well, and our room was clean and tidy. The location is great, with necessities nearby, though the rooms feel a bit pricey. I don't know why more people don't book here, but at least it feels safe.

The room was a decent size and comfortable, with a TV, air conditioning, a water heater, and a coffee jug boiler. The Chinese guy at reception was very good, and the RM50 deposit was returned when we checked out. Good value for money. The location is handy too: a camper van site is by the public beach, about 500 m away, with KK mart, 711, Chinese sea food, a laundry mart, and Malay stalls nearby. The N32 PD public pink bus stops right in front, and Teluk Kemang and Hospital PD are very close. Price is ok.
