The price was good for a hotel that includes breakfast and has a swimming pool. My room was spacious, and the free basement parking was handy. But room 810 smelled strongly of cigarettes, and I could hear the next room's TV and phone alarm, so I didn't sleep well. The window also wasn't locked, which could be dangerous for kids. I hope the hotel improves the smell, soundproofing, and window safety.

The room was quite big, with plenty of plug points for modern needs. The Philips TV had Netflix and YouTube ready, was maybe 1080p or better, and had a good sound system. The shower was strong and simple to use. I wasn't lucky with the view, though, since my room faced the back of another building. The shower soap had a short press handle that was difficult to squeeze. The service felt personal. They called me back quickly about my request and left a fresh towel and water bottle outside, even though I'd chosen not to have the room disturbed. My omelette was brought to the table at breakfast too. Kudos to the staff.

We really enjoyed our family stay at Bspoke Hotel Puchong. The connecting rooms were handy, and the hotel was very kid-friendly. Our little one especially loved the in-room Kid's Corner, with its play tent, toys, writing tablet, and table guards for safety. The beds were comfy, and the smart TV with free Netflix was nice for unwinding at night. The hotel felt cozy, modern, and comfortable. The food was a highlight for us. We loved the Nasi Lemak, fish & chips, and Nasi Goreng Kampung, and the breakfast had plenty of choices. Setia Walk Mall is only a short walk away for shopping or a movie at the cinema. There’s a rooftop pool with a beautiful city view, plus lots of free, secure parking. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we felt treated like 5-star guests. Big thumbs up to En. Akmal and the rest of the staff for their hospitality. We really appreciate it and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for families!

The team set up the room just as I asked, with simple anniversary decorations and even a slice of cake. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the stay memorable. The breakfast food was really good too. I had a wonderful stay at Bespoke Hotel Puchong.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel was good value for money and a nice place to relax. The buffet breakfast was a bit too limited for my taste over my five-day stay. I mostly found sausages and processed chicken slices, with curry chicken appearing only one day in the nasi lemak section. I hope management will take a serious look at this.
