The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We stayed one night in a very basic room with no windows. The hotel was clean, but it felt dated, and the thin walls let us hear people talking. The bed was uncomfortable, and I woke with significant back pain. There was no mini fridge either. There's a mall within walking distance and a few restaurants nearby. It's a no-frills place for a quick night if all you need is somewhere to sleep and you keep your expectations low.

I got a good rest, and the room was clean with enough necessities for a short trip or a break. Everything in the room was fine for me, and it was good value. There are a few restaurants nearby. Parking seemed okay when I arrived in the late evening, but I'm not sure what it's like during the day. There's a RM 50 deposit. If traffic noise bothers you, avoid a room at the front of the hotel. You can hear heavy traffic and the LRT going by.

A peaceful, convenient place for work or a short stay, with a cozy room that felt like home. It was very clean, and the service was warm and helpful. The price is really affordable too. Highly recommended if you value comfort, care, and cleanliness. You won’t regret staying here 💛🌿✨

Very clean and comfortable place, and the customer service was nice. It'd be great if they offered a special price for loyal customers.
