D&F Boutique Hotel

After dark, the area is quite dim and quiet, apart from the loud dum-dum from entertainment places on weekends. There’s no restaurant or other halal eatery around the hotel for Malays, which is very inconvenient.

There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, with a good range of tasty food, and free street parking at night was convenient since the hotel has no parking of its own. D&F Boutique Hotel, Seremban was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The simple, cozy room had the basics, including a toothbrush, bath toiletries, and other essentials, and felt like good value for the affordable price. A good budget-friendly option in Seremban.

The room TV wasn’t working right, and there was a lot of noise around the hotel at night, perhaps from a nearby karaoke centre. Finding halal food nearby was also inconvenient without a car. On the positive side, D&F Boutique Hotel was clean and well kept, with plenty of parking. The check-in service was the most frustrating part. The young man at reception was slow, asked several times for details that were already on my IC, then wanted to keep the card because the scanner supposedly wasn’t working. That felt unprofessional, especially when it came to handling guest information. I hope management improves the front desk service and checks that things like the TV work before guests arrive.

There’s plenty of room in the bedroom and bathroom, but the amenities aren’t great. The shower had weak water pressure.
