Grand Wonderful Hotel

The nearby food options make staying here especially easy. In the same complex there’s a restaurant, a cozy café with good barista-made Italian coffee at reception, a hair salon, a food court with local dishes, and a supermarket with fresh produce. Muhibah Night Food Court is only a five-minute walk away, and its strong fans make the open-air space surprisingly comfortable. My husband and I were born in Sibu and, although we live overseas, we come back once or twice a year. A friend introduced us to Grand Wonderful Hotel over a decade ago, and we haven’t stayed elsewhere on any of our return trips since. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. Bathrooms are modern, clean, and well ventilated, and the hotel itself is consistently clean and well maintained. It’s centrally located near town, not far from the airport, with eateries, convenience stores, and pharmacies close by. The staff are always courteous and helpful. It’s the best value for money we’ve found, and a dependable home whenever we’re back in Sibu. We’ll keep returning.
