I checked out that same night and moved to another hotel. In room 208, the bedsheet and comforter were dirty, and when I asked for replacements, they had neither a new set nor a clean one. They moved me to room 207, where the bathroom tap was broken and splashed water when turned on. Room 215 was no better, with inadequate lighting and an air-conditioning compressor so noisy I couldn't stay. The staff weren't helpful. Never stay or book here. Negative five rating.

The rooms were satisfactory, and both the staff and service were good.

The bed was so worn that I could feel the springs when I lay down, and the room wasn't even clean. We paid RM140, but the property still refused to refund us. Just 30 minutes into our stay, there was a rat in the room. It had bitten a Nescafe sachet, and the window was open even though we were on the third floor. How were we supposed to stay there?

The indoor air-conditioning unit leaked, the TV channels weren't watchable, and the bedsheets looked stained. At this price, it wasn't worth staying.

For RM130 a night, the surroundings were bad and the service was poor. There was no toothbrush, hair dryer, body wash, or shampoo, just soap.
