For such a cheap price, it was a decent stay, and the room was clean and nice. The male receptionist here was more helpful than the akak at the Bandar Puteri branch. Double check the location when booking, though, as I accidentally went to the Bandar Puteri branch instead.

I couldn’t sleep well because the window is right under the bed and the sun shone straight at my face. It couldn’t be closed, either, so in the morning there was constant noise nearby, from a shop’s lorry unloading goods to people shouting outside and car horns.

The lobby was clean and neat, and all the facilities worked. Staff service was four stars, and the bathroom was good for a cheap room. At first the bed sheet was dirty, but it was a little better after I asked housekeeping to clean it. A bigger room with a window would be better, as the small-window room is quite dark. I’d consider the hotel with a cheaper promotion, otherwise I’d choose somewhere else.

The room was clean and fairly priced. The main problem was the noise whenever the next door opened or shut, with the door slamming loud enough to hear.
