Orchard Inn Puchong

After booking online, I arrived and found nobody at the counter. I kept ringing the bell, but no one came out, and I was left waiting until 5 a.m. for a room key. I called the property many times, but they didn't resolve anything. The phone number at the counter went unanswered too. They ruined my holiday. The service was awful. They should close instead of putting people through this! 😡👎🏻

I was glad to get a booking and spend one night here, but the air conditioner had no remote. The water came out so strongly that taking a bath and getting clean took me an hour. There was even a cockroach for company if you feel lonely at night.

The hotel refused to refund even a cent. About an hour after I checked in, a short circuit caused a blackout in my room. The wiring is in poor condition. Please don't stay here.

I only stayed one night, and the low price makes it suitable for that. The room was clean, but there was no hanger in the closet, the old mattress and pillow should be replaced, and breakfast wasn't included. There also wasn't a halal restaurant nearby. Coffee and tea were provided, though the hot water was on the floor lobby. I booked through Agoda and had already paid in full, but they still asked for a room deposit. The lift was being repaired, and the TV in my first room didn't work. Luckily, they had another room available when I asked to switch.
