I can’t tolerate the staff here. They need to learn some manners. I don’t recommend this place.

It depends what you’re after, but for the price it’s worth it. The staff are helpful, and I’m satisfied.

There were so many roaches in the room, and the AC leaked right onto the bed. I couldn’t sleep at all, and felt like I’d wasted my time and money. The service left me really disappointed, and I felt scammed. When I told the receptionist at checkout, he asked why I hadn’t requested another room. I’d checked in past midnight and just wanted to get some sleep, so unpacking and repacking everything would have been a hassle. They offered no compensation, only “sorry” and “send us the pictures.”

I called within 20 minutes of checking out because I’d accidentally left my ring on the room table. The front desk took my name and said they’d keep it for me. But when I returned within a week, they said they knew nothing about it and told me to call the hotel number. That was the front desk number, and they still didn’t answer even while I was standing beside them. I’ve tried calling almost every day with no answer. Terrible experience, completely irresponsible and unprofessional.
