Woco Hotel Kinrara

Everything was fine with my room. The staff at woco hotel were so helpful, thank you. I’d book again for my family next time, see you then.

I stayed for two nights, and after being out all day following the first night, I came back to an unmade, uncleaned room. The toilet roll had run out too, so I went to reception. I only managed to get a replacement roll, and the staff didn’t seem surprised that the room hadn’t been cleaned. I hope it was just an oversight by the cleaning staff, rather than the hotel’s usual routine, but I’m not sure whether rooms are commonly left uncleaned each day.

The place feels new and fresh, and the room was clean. Friendly staff and a reasonable price too. I’d recommend it.

The room was spacious for my parents and me, and the soundproofing was decent. Parking was convenient, and the hotel’s location was fantastic, so at first the stay seemed very pleasant. But at around 3 a.m., a stranger tried to get into our room. We’d locked the door properly and engaged the security latch, yet we clearly heard the door unlock before the latch stopped the person from entering. It was a real shock and left us worried about the digital door lock system. Without the latch, the stranger could have come in, which might have become dangerous. We checked out the next morning and reported what happened at the front desk. We asked the staff to review the CCTV footage, but management still hasn’t followed up or explained anything. The hotel should take this seriously, fix the security vulnerabilities, and make guest safety a priority to prevent this happening again.
