The room was spacious and cosy, with a great view, and it had plenty of amenities. It was also prepared well, and the staff even gave us complimentary Christmas cookies that were super yummy. We had a wonderful holiday at Signature suites Puchong, with lovely service. One hassle: each time we need our parking validated, we have to go to the lobby and ask staff for help before heading out. Maybe there’s a way to validate all guests’ cars automatically.

Room was big, clean and tidy, and there’s basement parking for motorcycles. No complaints.

The bed was huge and there was plenty of space. The suite was clean and well kept. I was on the 7th floor, which I felt lucky about, since I could still faintly hear music from the bar downstairs around 11 p.m. as I was trying to sleep. Even so, I was very satisfied with the stay.

I was looking for somewhere around Puchong for one night that wouldn’t cost a bomb like a 4 stars hotel, but also wouldn’t mean a cramped room smelling of cigarettes. Then I came across Signature Service Suites Puchong. The price is very reasonable, and I was surprised when I saw the room in person. It’s spacious, clean, and has full amenities. Definitely looking forward to coming back, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

We got a free upgrade to a roomy setup with one king bed and two single beds, and the room was comfortable. The shower heater was hard to control, either too hot or off, and the king bed support felt unbalanced, rocking when I changed position. Still, it’s a nice hotel, and with the competitive pricing I’d definitely stay again.
