The natural setting is gorgeous, and there's a huge outdoor living area. It could be a peaceful place to rest, but it needs a lot of work to feel welcoming. The resort seems abandoned and empty, like its best days are behind it. I can see why it isn't busy. The room price doesn't feel worth the money.

I hope they improve the rooms. It seems they don't have enough staff. Dust under the bed made my son cough a lot, so we wiped it ourselves with a wet tissue. The toilet dipper was leaking, and cigarette smoke kept coming into our room.

It's a quiet, peaceful spot away from the town, just right for getting out of the city. The room was spacious and clean. I'd definitely recommend staying here for a weekend getaway.

I went to a gathering at one of the guesthouses, and it felt like being at home. With some planning, the cooking, drinks, atmosphere, and space all came together. Give it a try.

The scenery is beautiful, and the room was okay and comfortable, though that's about it. There was no TV or shelf. It felt really quiet when I was there, maybe the timing was off. The area is secluded, which could suit some people and not others. The pantry or breakfast offering was just a microwave and 3-in-1 drinks. If you're hungry, you have to go to pekan Ranau for food, as far as I could tell.
