A basic homestay, if that's what you're after. There are three a/c bedrooms, with twin beds in two rooms and a queen plus a single in the other. Extra mattresses and pillows are available. It has two toilets with non-heated showers, but no soap, and a washing machine with no detergent provided. Wifi and a TV with basic channels are included.

Affordable, and the owner is friendly. There's a complete set of utensils for simple cooking. It was dusty, though, and not suitable for people with asthma.
