The staff were really friendly, and there’s free breakfast, WiFi, hot and cold water, plus 3-in-1 coffee. I stayed from 1 April to 3 April 2018 at this new accommodation in Semporna, in a new building behind Mabul Inn. The location is convenient.
The lack of CCTV left me feeling that security was compromised, based on my own experience there. I won’t get into what happened, but Aisyah at reception and the rest of the team were patient and very helpful. The location is good too.
It’s tucked away on a back street, so keep that in mind. The staff are friendly and helpful, and can arrange airport transfers in either direction. The place was clean overall.
The double room was nice, and it has its own attached bathroom. It’s also less than a ten-minute walk to the jetty.
