Check-in was frustrating. Reception wasn't ready, and they first gave us a room without keys because the keys had been lost. Then they put us in the wrong room twice. A child at the hotel was playing TikTok very loudly, and nobody asked her to turn it down, which made it hard to speak with the receptionist. Our room floor was really wet when we checked in. When I asked, she said the previous guests had just checked out. There were no bathroom slippers either. I was very disappointed.

A quiet place at a reasonable price, with clean linen, vinyl flooring, modern studio-style furnishings, and a new air conditioner. The shower has hot water, and the amenities are minimal.

Great hospitality and a tidy, clean room. The location is great too, right near a supermarket.

Getting to the jetty by Grab was affordable and didn't take long. Chen room also made it easy to settle in: the bed was clean and soft, the bathroom was in good shape, and the staff were friendly. I could wash my clothes and even cook in the kitchen. Servay hypermarket is right next door, which was really handy.
