7/11 is right across the road, with lots of restaurants nearby, and the tour company I booked with was close too. The location was convenient, though the food around there wasn't really my kind of thing, so I tried to adjust. The shower was nice and hot. There was an opening window and a spot to hang clothes after washing them yourself, since there's no laundry service. Wifi was okay, though it sometimes slowed down. The curtains were dirty, the doors were old and very dirty, and the place felt a bit old. Staff were nice and tried to help with requests inside the hotel, but weren't very helpful with things outside it. I also had ants coming from the AC. I cleaned the wall myself; they stopped coming when the AC was on, but appeared again after it had been off for a long time. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo. I'm unsure whether I'd recommend it. For the price I paid, I don't know if there's a better option. I only used the place to sleep since I was out on island tours all day.

Seafood restaurants line the row of shops where the hotel is, and Semporna Public Jetty is only a five-minute walk away. My room was small but clean and tidy, with a veranda facing the sea. I'd choose a sea-view room, you'll love it.

The balcony view was actually quite nice, and restaurants were easy to reach on foot. I stayed one night and everything was fine. It's a decent place, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The room was just okay, but the staff deserve a compliment. They were very helpful, especially one of the male staff members whose name I forgot. The location is perfect, with lots of restaurants and convenience stores downstairs.

The hotel and rooms felt filthy, and the towels looked like they'd been there for ten years. There was hardly room even for our wallets. We had to put the water and cups on the floor just to have somewhere for our belongings.
