The location is really nice, but the place is a run-down dump, especially for the price. It smells old, looks old, and feels old.

My relative accidentally hit his heel on the storage area door while coming out after opening it. The hotel staff couldn’t give us even one plaster for the wound, which left me sad and disappointed. They also wouldn’t provide bottled water, saying we were checking out and were no longer customers. The hotel is super rundown and has no first aid treatment.

At €100 a night, I expected basic comfort, but the price feels impossible to justify. The breakfast was awful, and the soup was somehow dry. Check-in was immediately unpleasant because the service was unfriendly. The rooms are old, often smell bad, and have beds that seem made for hobbits rather than regular-sized people. The pool was so unappealing that even the old aquarium on the ground floor sounded like a better place to swim. For that nightly rate, camping in a tent seems more luxurious. There’s a huge gap between what this hotel charges and what it offers, and I can’t recommend it. A big budget doesn’t guarantee basic comfort or service here. If you need a bed longer than hobbit-size, look elsewhere.

The staff were friendly but clearly overwhelmed and understaffed, and a simple request for a hairdryer took two days. At over €100 a night, that lack of efficiency is unacceptable. The building needs renovation: the elevators are unreliable and their doors slam shut without warning, which could be dangerous, especially for small children. My room layout seemed thoughtless, the carpet was dusty and set off my allergies, and the 180 cm bed was too short even for me, an average-height European woman. It often smelled of fish or sewage, likely from the air conditioning, making it hard to relax. Breakfast was clearly aimed at Chinese guests. That’s fine, but there was little variety for other travelers, and only large communal tables, where I didn’t want to make small talk first thing in the morning. The pool was dirty, the gym didn’t open until 2:00 PM, and the lounge was unusable throughout my week-long stay: no staff, lights or air conditioning, just a stale, empty room. The place is run-down, and the facilities, rooms and management need a serious overhaul before the current rates make sense. I can’t recommend staying here in its current condition.
