This was my second time staying here, and I still strongly recommend it. We booked an executive room for 3 nights. It matched the photos, with a clean room and very comfortable beds. Housekeeping was efficient, the breakfast buffet had a good spread, and having a big mall connected to the hotel was so convenient.

The hotel and mall being connected was convenient, and we also spent some time at EuroPark theme park beside the one Utama. But the park only took CASH, and the games weren't cheap. When I asked several visitors about exchanging cash for e-wallet payment, I got that impression too, so bring extra cash. I planned this staycation for my kid and hadn't expected the kid pool to be closed without notice. The hotel Wi-Fi wasn't working either.

I stayed there on Tuesday 24 June. There are lots of shops and good food nearby. I'll be back again next week.

The hotel is affordable and clean, though the furniture looks old. It's a decent choice if you're on a budget, and overall it wasn't bad.

A convenient area with Aeon Mall, banks, restaurants and Family Mart close by. The location is strategic, the room is spacious, clean and tidy, and the WiFi connection is strong.
