Don’t book here if you don’t want to be scammed. I’ve never seen such a terrible, indifferent hotel. They only seem interested in making money, with no respect, care, or understanding for customers. They’re completely unhelpful and don’t answer the phone. Pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer. If I come to Kuala Lumpur again, I won’t go anywhere near this place.

I got to the hotel at 21:00 and couldn’t reach the owner. I waited there for more than an hour and made 20 unanswered calls. They said they’d left the key in the mailbox, but I couldn’t find it. In the end, they offered me an extra hour of stay, but the experience was still awful. The room wasn’t very clean, especially the toilet.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and at night we had a great view of the airport in the distance. It’s a good place for a layover or a short stay before heading to the capital or somewhere else. I’d definitely recommend it for a brief stop near the airport.

The pool was a big hit with our son, and we felt safe and at ease there the whole time. We stayed at Bell Suites by Salaam Suites from April 18th to 28th with our little family, and it was such a lovely trip. Having a child along can make travel tricky, but the place made it feel simple and enjoyable. It had a warm, home-like feel rather than a cold hotel atmosphere. Food, walks, and things we needed for our child were all close by. We left with lovely memories and would happily return. A comfortable, friendly choice for families.

The place was so uncomfortable that I wouldn't recommend it. There wasn't even a way to leave our luggage temporarily outside the check-in and check-out times. It seemed like nobody had cleaned the apartment. There was a used towel hanging on my room door, long hairs all over the bathroom, bed, and cushion, and a musty smell throughout, including on the linens. The room was really dirty.
