The staff made the stay smooth and enjoyable. They were so polite, helpful, and quick to respond. Special kudos to Front Office, Syamil & Ms. Has, and Housekeeping, Irwan & Rizky. Hotel Swing & Pillows was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and I’d definitely return. Just a couple of small things: the shower is a bit too high, and the Aircond Room can get a bit hot sometimes. The soundproofing could’ve been better, but Md. Golam Rabbi at the counter made a lasting impression. He was friendly, professional, and really caring, and his great service made my stay enjoyable.

Our family room, G4, had two queen beds and was on the ground floor. Doorbells and people talking made it a bit noisy there. The bathroom needed better cleaning, as hair was still on the drain cover, and the shower head leaked. The room’s cleanliness overall could be improved. There’s a water dispenser in the lobby, and lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. A Grab from the airport cost RM30; KLIA Transit to Salak Tinggi followed by a Grab was about RM11 for one person. The hotel also charged a RM2 “sustainability fee” per room per night, imposed by the Selangor government. The amount depends on the hotel category.

It’s easy to find what you need, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The location is close to the airport and means less risk of getting caught in traffic, and airport transfers are available at a very reasonable price. Our room was clean, with very comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful, too. A very pleasant stay.
