I booked a family suite for just RM60, so the price was reasonable. The room was nice, and the staff were friendly. It’s the cleanest budget hotel around Kemayan Square Area, though there was a slight smell.

A very budget, old-school hotel. The owner should improve the reception area and blankets. A minor renovation could bring the hotel a lot more income, especially with its strategic location. Spend a bit on renovations, boss, and you should make a profit. Thanks, overall nice.

DON'T GO HERE! They charged me more than the normal price. The place is really old and dirty, the shower doesn’t work, and there isn’t even a plug in the room to charge your phone. The staff were rude and didn’t care about what I needed.

Old-school hotel, but it has bolsters, nice air conditioning, and easy parking.
