Sumithra gave me a warm welcome when I arrived. She was professional, genuinely friendly, and attentive, which made the stay feel especially good. Everything went smoothly, from check-in to the comfortable room and the hotel’s overall atmosphere. It’s a refined, well-managed place, and I had a memorable stay. Bilik by MUO was one of the best places I’ve stayed, and I’d absolutely come back. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful details and everything prepared well. It had a calm, relaxing feel that made it easy to unwind. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

The receptionist was friendly, and the room was clean enough. There was a Coway drinking water machine on my floor, and I guess each floor has one. The only real issue was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy. There’s plenty of outdoor parking. I came on a weekday and had no trouble finding a spot. Hope the owner can improve the noise. I’ll definitely come back next time!

It’s a clean, well-maintained place, and the staff are always friendly and helpful, serving you with a smile. The location isn’t too secluded, with lots of amenities nearby. A good spot to crash and recharge. I’ll definitely stay again. Keep up the good work looking after the property and service. All the best!

We changed our booking from My Fame Hotel after finding the rooms there absolutely unhygienic, and we weren’t disappointed with this place. The rooms are clean and have what you need for a short stay. TV reception could be better, but that’s a minor gripe. Sumithra at the front desk and a younger Malay gentleman were kind and accommodating. We came back after a family event, and both were understanding and let us check out a little later. We’d definitely stay here again if we visit Seremban. Kudos to management for having such a great team!
