We came for a short picnic by the pools, so I can't comment on the rooms or chalets. The location is easy to find, and there's a dessert cafe with a decent range of desserts and coffees. The pools are quite large, with one for adults and another for children. I liked hearing that the chalets are bumiputera-owned, but the grounds need attention. In the rainy season it gets quite muddy, and the garden needs upkeep and the grass needs cutting. The balconies and benches around the pools are poorly maintained too. Please look after the surroundings and make them beautiful.

The owner or manager was helpful and professional, and the chalet is close to UUM. Rooms are affordable and fairly spacious compared with other budget motels and hotels around Changlun. Muslim guests should have enough space to pray, and every room has its own free parking spot. There's a small TV with a few downloaded movies, with instructions beside it if you need help. Outside, there’s a pool kids should enjoy, a small barbecue area, and a few gym machines. I think this is the best budget chalet in Sintok and Changlun for the money. There’s no Wi-Fi, which gives you a chance to disconnect and rest.

The CSC is comfortable and clean, with lots of facilities and a central location. Prices are very reasonable. I'd recommend it to everyone.
