OYO 44093 Vrm Hotel

The website pictures were misleading, and this hotel has dragged down OYO's reputation. This was my first and last visit, I'm never coming back. My online booking was rejected at reception, and they asked me to pay a higher rate. That was definitely a scam. The room had cockroaches and mosquitoes, a tap problem other customers had reported in September 2022 that still hadn't been fixed, and no showerhead holder. The towel was dirty and yellowish with black spots; the mattress was dirty too, with hair and dead skin on the bed. The air conditioning was noisy, and the Wi-Fi connection was poor.

We showed up for our Agoda booking and the receptionist said she couldn't find it, then told us to contact Agoda ourselves. I showed her the paid booking confirmation, and even an Agoda representative spoke with her, but she still didn't help. In the end I had to ask Agoda for a refund because she wouldn't honor the booking. The room was pretty disgusting anyway. I think they do this on purpose so guests have to pay more in person. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Dear all, Management at this property has changed, and all the rooms have been refreshed to their original state. There's now a convenience store on the ground floor. Come and stay with us.

The photos on Google make the place look very high-class, but the real rooms were really bad. We booked ahead, yet the room wasn't ready when we arrived, and we had to wait a long time. All the rooms were dirty, with blood and lots of hair on the bed, like nobody had cleaned them. The Wi-Fi wouldn't work, and the password seemed fake. Don't come here. We won't be back! 👎👎👎
