I had a Hydra facial at the astetica Faisal town branch, and it was an amazing experience with miss Hifza 🥰. She was so nice with her client and explained each step clearly 😌. Highly recommended 👍

The Mines Mall is nearby, and there are delicious mainland Chinese restaurants in the building's shoplot. After living here for 2 years, I'd say it's probably one of the best places to live around Seri Kembangan. Management is responsive and keeps things clean and organized. The security team is very nice and does its job well.

It's a great location, with The Mines shopping mall just a 5-8 minute walk away. KTM Serdang station is also 5-8 minutes on foot, and there's a bus stop nearby. There are mamak and Chinese restaurants around here too. The downside is that sometimes it floods when there's heavy rain.

I delivered a cake to a resident here on 01.02.25. There's plenty of parking, and the lobbies at Tower A and Tower B are wide. Many China people live here. 👍🏽❤️
