I work in KL, and this feels like a perfect place to stay, with access via MEX or MRT. It's a low-density condo with friendly neighbors, fresh air and clean water. The forest next door gives you a magnificent view to wake up to. With that healthy lifestyle, the longer life expectancy feels like a bonus.

Getting around from here is easy, with highways nearby and KL about 15 minutes away. Shops, restaurants, banks and other amenities are all within walking distance, too. It’s a low-density condo with a spacious, nicely landscaped setting.

It’s a calm place to live, and I feel safe and relaxed here. There are amenities nearby, too. Hoping MRT3 is finished soon =)

The parking setup seems made for the guards, not the residents, and it’s really frustrating. To use the entry or exit system, drivers have to reach toward the left side. They use a RUMAHPANGSA Touch ’n Go setup instead of an overhead entry system. That’s awkward in Malaysia, where cars are right-hand drive. You have to stretch out to get your access card close enough to the sensor, especially if you’re in a big car. Whoever approved this system seems to have overlooked how residents actually use it.

It’s a well-maintained, low-density condo, with amenities you can walk to. Getting to KL via MEX takes just a few minutes by car, and the MRT is coming soon.
