If you're considering renting this condo while studying nearby, please look elsewhere. Cockroaches are everywhere, in the lobby, lifts and outside the apartments. In my first month, they were in my apartment too. I called pest control, but there were so many that the problem couldn't really be solved. I even saw them on the road on my walk to school. I felt like I was living in constant fear. The worst was getting stuck in a lift with one. The doors closed after I got in, and I saw a cockroach. I was terrified but tried to get to my floor. When the lift arrived, the doors wouldn't open. I pressed the ring button for almost five minutes and nobody came. I was trapped for nearly ten minutes with the cockroach until the doors finally opened by themselves after I kept pressing the floor button. The lift had broken down before too, and I often heard the emergency bell. The experience left me afraid of lifts.

They still haven't sorted out the traffic during WEDDINGS. The event blocks all the drop-off spots, so people end up letting passengers in and out in the MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. Traffic then spills into TOWER 2's drop-off/pick-up zone, and residents have to walk a long way from another entrance point. This needs fixing. I'd give MINUS POINTS if I could.

There's a well stocked supermarket on the mall's ground floor, and the mall also has an event space company that rents venues short term, mostly for weddings and kenduris. The development combines condo facilities with a mini mall and a four star hotel in the same block.

I delivered items here on 21.05.24. The lobby is very spacious, with plenty of room for drop-offs and pick-ups. I did find it strange that the security guards left the visitor barrier open, which seems like a security risk with so many students living here.
