The staff were friendly, and the owner works with the laundry and food shop next door, where they have Sabahan dishes like ambuyat. I want to try those next time. My room was a nice size for one person, and the whole place felt quaint. There’s a water dispenser and a shared ironing board. The lobby smelled lovely and inviting. The TV was a little tricky to use, though I didn’t end up watching it. I stayed one night and would recommend it.

For a low-cost stay, I got a really nice room at a reasonable price. The staff were helpful, and there was a pleasant perfume smell as soon as I walked into reception. I spent one night here and would come back if I get the chance.

Fine for a night or two, but I wouldn't suggest staying longer. My second-floor room had no window, and there’s no lift. You can ask the staff to help with your luggage. There was no smoke smell, though an automatic air freshener sprayed in the room. The TV worked but only had one channel, and there were no tea bags or hairdryer. The air conditioner faced the bed, which made it hard to sleep. The shower heater was easy to figure out and use.

I booked a budget hotel and wasn't expecting much, but the room was spotless. The bed and pillows were so comfy that I slept better than I usually do at home. The bathroom was better than I expected, the towels felt soft, and HBO was included too. For what I paid, I felt I got more than my money's worth.
