The facilities were okay, but the hygiene really wasn't. Our room had a strong smell of smoke, dirt on the carpet, dust on the mineral water bottle cap, and insects. Rooms should be properly cleaned and checked to make sure they're in good condition before guests arrive.

I'm disappointed. The staff member I dealt with was angry and rude every time, even though I was respectful. Her conversation skills were 0%.

4/10
The staff were polite and friendly. It's a small, reasonably maintained hotel that works for an overnight stop on a short trip or in an emergency. If you like tea, bring your own teabags, since they only provide coffee.

The staff are polite, but the maintenance has been getting worse. I've stayed a few times and have encountered leaking air conditioners, broken water heaters, and leaking water heaters. On my last visit I had to change rooms three times. I'd only choose this hotel if there were no other options or it was close to my workplace for a business trip, and I'd be prepared for an inconvenient stay.

Nice hotel, and the staff are good and well-mannered.
