Vista Alam Dreamland

The location is definitely a plus. It wasn't bad, but cleanliness and general upkeep could be better. Just something to keep in mind.

The lift wait can be around ten minutes, and the cars are usually packed. There are only three lifts, and it's frustrating to be late in the morning because of them. Please fix this, or at least allow access to the stairs. The lifts, steps and LG floor also need cleaning. People live here, including lots of kids, and the place should be kept clean enough to look decent. It doesn't have to be a five star hotel, just take better care of the common areas. I hope the management and owner consider making changes. Do it for the people who pay to live here, and fear God.

I don't know the upstairs owner, so I have to depend on management to tell me what's happening with the leak from their unit. It's been nearly a month and they still haven't replied to my email or calls to say whether it's been fixed. The management has been the worst.

I stayed here for a few months. The pool was big and clean, and there were roomy playgrounds indoors and outside. It's also near a hospital, a school, and Decathlon. Downstairs had plenty of food choices, plus a convenience shop open late. The downsides were the German cockroaches and the long waits at busy times, since only one lift goes to G/LG. A lot of the guards couldn't speak Malay or English.
