There was no receptionist when I arrived, and the door was shut, so I had to call someone to open it. The hallway was dirty, with cigarette ash everywhere, and the bathroom carpet was old and filthy enough that I used a towel for my feet instead. The room was noisy, with sounds from the next room coming through. The bed was just okay and a bit dusty, and the floor needs renovation. They didn't provide bottled water either. At least the room floor was clean and there wasn't a cigarette smell. It was an unpleasant stay, but those two things earned it a star.

The noise was a nightmare. My room was on the same floor as the check-in counter, and staff kept shouting back and forth from the pantry and singing like no one else was around. They need to learn some hotel etiquette. I booked a double room, but there was only one towel. Getting the staff to understand I needed another for my partner was like talking to an alien, so I eventually called the manager, Jenny, to sort it out. First and last stay here. The place is rundown, though I don't mind a budget feel.

It's on the first floor, so I wouldn't suggest it for elderly guests. Students and backpackers could give it a try, and online platforms may have discounted rates. It's affordable and still comfortable for small or medium-sized people, but the toilet is too small for me to recommend it to anyone oversized.

I booked one night through Agoda for 25/3, only to find that the hotel was actually closed. I have no idea why it was listed there. Thankfully, Agoda gave me a full refund.

The staff weren't professional, and both the room and bathroom were very dirty and smelly. The hotel rating is poor. I wouldn't stay here again, and I really can't recommend it.
